The customer service has been absolutely terrible. They claimed they would return the day after fixing an issue to double-check everything — but never came back. I had to call repeatedly, day after day, just to get a response. After finally hearing back a week later, I was told the problem wasn’t actually fixed because another part was faulty. Now I’m stuck waiting again for a new piece to arrive. To make things worse, they had the audacity to take back the correct part — along with the broken one — instead of just replacing what was necessary. Honestly, I don’t understand how they’re still in business. The only reason I even went through with them is because my mother handled the initial transaction.

I called them to have my water dispenser fixed. 2 weeks ago he came and charged me 40 dollars to tell me to have my refrigerator disconnected for 24 hours. If that didn't work, then call him back. Guess what, it didn't work. Called him the next day and he said he was coming again that day. 2 weeks later still no service nor response.

Got a refrigerator from here for less than 6months, in use for 4 months, and it broke down. Okay, maybe it's a small problem so I called them since the refrigerator is from them thinking I'll get a discounted repair. Victor came and took a blow dryer to the fridge and said there might be a problem with the sensor. But blow drying was all he did. Told me if it happens again to call him, so this blow drying session costed $60. I get it, it's for a tech's time even though they didn't do much. Two weeks later the fridge broke down, same problem. Just becareful with this people . they are saying they fixed your AC, they are ripping people off by changing your good working AC unit with an old one.
