Bob was sent out as a second opinion from our Home Warranty company regarding our A/C not working. From the moment he arrived he was very thorough in inspecting our unit and answered every question I had. Bob is a great representation of Victory Heating and Air. I recommend them to anyone!! Great service and GREAT communication.
