Introduced to Victory KDD through our contractor due to some issues we had with staining of our luxury flooring on installation. Luis (owner) was extremely quick in setting appointment with me to cover scope of our project. He took the time to walk me through the options we had and how to proceed. We were scheduled within 48 hours and the communication on when/how was excellent. Kevin (the tech who did the actual work) was right on time for our appointment. He also detailed the steps he would take to maximize results for our project. When he was finished he walked me through exactly what he did.
