Here are the reason for this rating. 1. You continued to scalped my lawn after ask them not to do so a number of times. This would not have been an issue if someone would of consulted with me like you mentioned in your welcome email. Nothing in that email happen when I came a board. 2. Blowing grass clippings on my car and flower beds continuedly. 3. Customer service is awful. I called about these issue and was told they will note my file. I had a supposedly supervisor call me and said he would come by and see what I was talking about. Never saw any one. Your service is not worth the $180 you charged me.

Contracted Victory for weeding and mulching of our beds. Showed up as scheduled and just did a fabulous job for a very fair price. The forewoman Anna Munoz took the time to explain what they were doing and if we had any additional concerns or needs. She was very helpful in suggesting a few ideas that were on point. Overall very satisfied. And would recommend.

Anna Munoz and her talented crew did an amazing job on a landscape enhancement project for our front yard. They were meticulous and detail oriented. They made sure everything I wanted was done to my satisfaction. In fact, they exceeded my expectations! They made sure there was no wasted sod, dirt or materials that could be repurposed elsewhere. No small detail or flaw was overlooked or neglected. I am utterly impressed with their finished landscape work. And, so very pleased with the extra attention they put into making sure everything look just right before they left. I can’t express enough how happy I am with the work they did and how nice the completed area looks now! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Recently, Anna Munoz and her crew from victory lawn, revitalized my landscaping. They did a fantastic job weeding edge, trimming, and mulching. They worked tirelessly on a 90° afternoon until it was done perfect. I highly recommend victory Lawn.

Very unhappy with the fact that they left huge clumps of dead grass in my back yard. They went back over the front and got those clumps up (for show), but left the back so my grass can die. I called them and they blamed ME. Well it rained during part of the MORNING of the day that my grass was first supposed to be cut. Other neighbors still had their grass cut. I do understand that all companies do not operate the same. One and done!
