Good rates and has been safe enough, but I hate how narrow and awkward the entry and exit lanes are for no reason. I do drive a big old 16' long boat, but I've had to hit a 3 point turn every time I exit from the left side (first floor exit), even when I give myself a wide turn, for fear of curbing my wheels. I just wish they'd make the lane partitions more narrow, or replace them with painted lines. It doesn't have to be this awkward to use the first floor. Happily when I use it it has never been overly busy coming and going so I can do my embarrassing little maneuvers in peace lol.

The parking authority city workers are useless, hang up on people for asking for transparency and them to do their job... biggest problem no one wants to do their job but paid good by the taxpayers to do. DO YOUR JOB! OR LEAVE

This is a parking garage. Nothing exciting. But it's conveniently located and the costs are average.

Good morning, I was rudely awakened at 7 am to your employee leafblowing objects DIRECTLY at my vehicle, at full speed not idling. He then proceeded to pepper the vehicle parked next to me with objects as well. I have a video of him blasting the other car, along with pictures of the mud, CRUD, AND ROCK CHIPS ALL OVER MY HOOD ALL THE WAY UP TO THE WINDSHIELD. Who is 1, permitting this activity before 8 am directly in front of multiple residential buildings? And 2, who is training their staff to pepper peoples vehicles with objects instead of using common sense and directing away from vehicles? Please advise on who will be scheduling and paying for these paint chips to be repaired up front, not reimbursing. And who am I sending my car wash bill to? I have pictures and videos of your employee

Invest in adequate lighting or open the stairwells/elevators. I'm sure those are locked because of people shooting up or defecating there, but that's less of a risk to the public than having drivers whip around blind corners with pedestrians walking down the garage in the dark. I'm assuming the city is too cheap and would rather our health/car insurance pick up the tab vs. them facing any liability for the drug use on the premises; do the right thing and at least provide adequate lighting or hire an overnight attendant to monitor the stairwells like other garages do. With all the money the city makes towing people for snow emergencies, I'm sure there's a means of making it happen - but you'll probably wait for someone to get seriously injured before spending a penny.
