I gave Victory plumbing and heating 5 starts not for the work they do but the service it comes with. Such a great company. Very kind and honest. The guys make you feel at ease and explains everything to you l, very informative. Works with you on pricing and doesn’t ask for it all up front like most plumbers do. Works with you on payment process. I’ve been using this company the last 4 years. For my heater system, thanks to them my parents did not have a freezing winter. Saved me from my heater causing a fire that I was unaware of. I sent before and after photos of my electric heater. They are a licensed contractor which is a plus for us. 😊.

I urge People around Queens the Jamaica área not to do business with this company. The people that work there don't have a clue and their prices are outrageous. They start a job and they do not finish it. The owner will sweet talk to you and at the end of the day they don't resolve anything. Very poor company.
