These people replaced steps at my apartment & after they were finished it was discovered that they had taken the rims from Chase’s Jeep. Chase has tried for months to get the number for these people from the property management that he pays rent to. Finally, we were told that the rims had been taken off by the owner. I reached out to property management to let them know, and they said it would be taken care of & that we would most likely get a reimbursement. When I went to the property management office the next day I was told that they said they didn’t take anything anywhere, and that the rims shouldn’t have been outside. I contacted VPS again and the owner Mike was very rude and interrupted me multiple times, told me to shut up, and eventually hung up on me. He told me that they were tol
