Vidal Construction

We had a small kitchen water leak and over time caused damaged to our cabinets. Abram and Kevin promptly came out to help. I appreciate that they respected my time and were always ON TIME and worked around our schedule with texts and phone calls daily. They were just really kind, nice and honest guys. They were neat and tidy with all the repairs and made it so I could still use my kitchen sink and stove, etc while water mitigation was going on. We used a different company in the past and I definitely prefer Vidal...I hope we don't need them again, but if we do, we will go with them.

We are having to have our kitchen and utility room reconstructed after water damage and Vidal company was recommended to us by our insurance company. Logan, Vidal’s specialist, came to assess the scope and sequence of the rebuild, and was able to meet with us within our schedule. He was professional, personable, efficient, and able to spend time to explain the process and answer all of our questions. Logan’s expertise reassured us that the rebuilding of the damaged areas of our home will be quality craftsmanship. Also, the receptionist for Vidal, Sarah, was wonderful every time I spoke to her in getting the meeting with Logan arranged. Logan from Vidal Construction came out to do my inspection and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He was extremely polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Vidal did an amazing job with my roof replacement. Joey and his team guided me through every step from beginning to end, even taking the time out to give me a class on roofing 101. Vidal Construction’s knowledge and quality of work shows in all they do. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend Vidal for anybody needing to replace their roof.

We had water drain issue under our sink that effected the cabinetry and flooring. Your crew came out the day of the incident and work into the evening They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained in detail what they were doing and why. Very comforting.
