Vielmas Carpet Cleaning

I have used Vielmas Carpet Cleaning service in a business capacity over the years and they have always exceeded my expectations. Small job, no problem, big job no problem. They knock it out of the park each and every time. Pricing is very affordable. I consistently refer them to other people because I stand behind their service.

Overall good experience. Alex and his helper came out and explained what they were going to do. They communicated great. It was because of Alex that I give them 4 stars. However, the lady that answers the phone is not helpful. She had an attitude when I called and I almost canceled my service with them because of it. Also, I never received an invoice for this service. I was just told to write a check or give cash. P.S- They do not give courtesy calls. I scheduled 2 weeks in advance and never received a follow up call, leaving me to call them and ask if they were still coming.

They were available next day. Major plus for people like me who want stuff done right away. They showed up early which is also great. The job was done pretty quickly by a really younger boy and he did an ok job i I guess. Initially, I needed them to come and clean my rugs because I had a puppy. Who is now potty trained but wasn’t at first. So I felt like you can smell the dog odor also one rug was stained. I really really was wanted that stain out. They failed me. The rugs looked clean but for some reason had a really bad odor of fresh dog pee I think from them being wet. But I’m curious why the rug clean didn’t seem like it had soap or anything to actually clean. Like they used only water or cheap product. Also my more furry rug was left with a weird texture feeling after it dried like th

Alex was very kind and professional! They did a great job and were very reasonably priced! Will definitely use them next time we need the carpets cleaned!
