Let me give you a little about myself, I run a real estate property managamement and development company. Though a road is a little different than a building its still construction and deadlines and coordination are important. This company is HORRIBLE!!! They some how won the bid to do a road construction project for the City of Tiffin. I live right in the middle of the road where the construction was going on, mind you this was supposed to be an 8 week project. Now has turned into 2 years somehow and they are still not done! For a major road project you think they would send a whole crew and get it done, but every time I come home. I see a total of 2 guys working it. Not sure how is construction business is but he also is big renter with 20+ houses he rents out but stay far far away from his rentals. Even owning a construction company it was near impossible to get him to fix any sort of issue even major ones. I had to pay out of pocket and install a new toilet when the only toilet broke in the house and he wouldn’t even reimburse me. Stay far away!!
