We’re buying our first home and our realtor recommended Paul as our inspector. We ended up walking away from the house and Paul helped us dodge a huge bullet. He was so thorough and found so many things, some of which we may have seen on our own, and so much of which we would never have known without him. He truly saved us from buying a first house that would have needed tens of thousands of dollars of repairs, and we're so incredibly grateful. Paul showed up a little early, was super friendly and professional. He knew what he was doing and explained everything to me and made sure to answer any questions I might have. I had a question for Paul a day or two after the inspection, left him a message, he returned my call promptly and took the time to explain the answer to me and was happy to do it.
