Great customer service and great operators (Bob was great). Didn't take them long to complete my project and was done to expectations. Viitas was able to trouble shoot a problem that arose after the work was done with no issues. Didn't give 5 stars because my estimate was off by 315% (that's correct).

We have worked with Viita's Excavating for over 20 years, and they've consistently done great work, at a reasonable cost, in the timeframe you request. They're great to work with at the time of scheduling, their staff members are consistently polite and professional, and they're willing to listen to your requests and input. We've personally had bad experiences with Viita's competition, and we hear similar stories from other local residents. Bottom line: we will continue to work with Viita's, and we'll recommend them to friends and neighbors who need excavating and septic services.

My sewer line kept plugging. I called Viita and they came and found a break in the sewer line. They dug out and repaired the line. Then they perfectly cleaned up the area. The crew was very professional and polite and the bill was very reasonable. Viita Excavating deserves 6 stars 🌟

I had septic pipe that was leaking. Rick came out same day to scope it with a camera. I was planning on pouring concrete over the top in 3 days and Rick told me what to do to fix it. I also called him that same night at 7:30 pm and he answered. That is true commitment and awesome customer service! Keep up the great work!!

Mark went over and above when he came out. Took the time to answer all my questions. Got out top the house quick. I was very satisfied with the cost. Would certainly recommend and will be using as my personal go to. PEACE
