Our heater completely stopped working during an extremely cold Saturday morning. I immediately contacted Jason, because of his trustworthy reputation. He arrived within 45 minutes and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue in under 30 minutes, and I got to go back to enjoying my Saturday! Excellent responsiveness, professionalism, and service. I was referred to Jason by friend. Had him come and do an annual service on our heater. Jason cleaned, adjusted gas pressure to unit specs, tested and inspected all electrical and working components. He took pictures of everything he worked on and even his multimeter while it was testing the components, showing me everything was within specs. He created a folder and provided us a copy of all the pictures he took. Jason also inspected our duct work because we have a room that runs hotter in the summer. He showed me what I can do myself to increase airflow in the room to cool it down better. He spent a lot of time with me answering questions and explaining how things work with the HVAC system. Jason did a great job all around. He was prompt in his communication and thorough in his explanation and diagnosis of my problem. I had a bad hearing element for my electric dryer, he found the problem, acquired the replacement part locally, and fixed/replaced the element to get my dryer working properly again. He even cleaned out the dryer ducts and ventilation while he was here. I would highly recommend Jason and Viking A/C and Heat for any appliance problem!

Jason is the best HVAC guy I have ever done business with. Not only is he incredibly ethical and honest, he is super knowledgeable and can fix anything. He doesn’t employ scare tactics and convince you that you need something you don’t. I had Lees come to do some work on my unit before I let Jason, and they were trying to charge me $30,000 plus in “repair” cost. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic and and honest HVAC guy. Jason is the guy you need for your heating and cooling needs.
