Highly recommend this company! Tony was amazing to work with on a very tight timeline — he was patient, responsive, and made the carpet purchasing process incredibly easy. Alejandro and his crew were outstanding. We had an unexpected power outage, but they came prepared with an extra power pack and handled everything calmly and professionally. With movers coming later that day, they made sure we were ready on time — and the carpet turned out beautiful. Great service from start to finish.

Viking Floors did a great job on my rental property. They are affordable, fast, polite and cleaned up nicely. I would absolutely use them again.

We had a problem with tiles in my entryway lifting off the floor. The tile is discontinued and Eduardo Sagrera helped us come up with a design using a similar tile. The result was outstanding! The team that did the work was Elico and his helpers. They were so nice and very careful with my home. I would highly recommend the company and the work crew.

I went in to get replacement flooring. I have worked with this company for major jobs 2 or 3 times before and even went into the store with receipts so they could see measurements. It has 3.5 weeks and a phone call from my initial visit and no one has even bothered to get back to me. We finally got someone else to do the work. Nonexistent customer service!

Great operation. Tony was very helpful in matching our existing wood flooring. The installation was on time and quick. We will be using them again!
