Viking Concrete and Excavation

I would not recommend Viking Concrete to anyone looking for quality work and reliable customer service. They completed the concrete work on my newly built home, and I have been dealing with an unresolved issue since construction was completed. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch, the company has been unresponsive and unwilling to provide any follow-up. Derek, the individual I was directed to for assistance, has personally visited my home to assess the problem but never shared any insight regarding my concern and has since ignored calls and texts requesting an update. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing. A company that does not stand behind its work or prioritize customer concerns is not one I can recommend.
