My kitchen project has come to a completion and I am absolutely thrilled and impressed with the outcome. I had the pleasure of working with Andy Pelletier. Andy is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely talented. He took my design ideas and made them come to life while adding his own amazing ideas. He communicated well, followed through often. I know if I ever need to do this again without a doubt I will be using Andy again. Thank you Viking Cabinets! You are lucky to have an employee like Andy taking care of your customers.

We arrived at the showroom unannounced and without an appointment. Andy was in the parking lot, ready to go for the day, but he came back into the showroom and helped us. You don't find customer service like that very much these days. Thank you Andy!

Larry and his install crew were amazing to work with. Kitchen remodel is never smooth or easy but with Larry as the designer and project manager, he made it as smooth as possible and we are happy with our design and cabinets. Quartz countertop is high quality as well.

I would recommend staying away from Viking - their sales people and policies seem very shady and suspicious. Our builder was contracted with Viking Kitchen so we were told to work with them to pick out cabinets and counters. When we first called we spoke to Nicole who was extremely rude and acted like we were wasting her time. She was very unaccommodating with her schedule (we live out of state and had a 3 hour drive to the office but she refused to stay 1 min past closing). And told us she would send over detailed information several times - she never did. Eventually we reached back out to our builder and he told us to work with Xander. Xander was more friendly but when we asked him to give us an idea of how much the upgrades would cost on top of the package the builder was charging us, h
