I just have to say I love working with Vikings specifically because of the technicians. I mean the products are great. they work for me. I'm in a heavily wooded area. I literally live in the woods and barely have any kind of insects, especially this time of the year but Thomas and this time he brought along Nico are absolutely amazing! They're professional, respectful, friendly and Viking makes my time work even when I call them 2 days before they make it work and make it happen for me around my work schedule since I work 60 hours to let someone come in the house. if I need a treatment I can't recommend them highly enough. Tom is my guy and if you need service, especially in the house. Tom and Nico are the ones to ask for!!

After repeated visits without results, they “sold” me the smart system . When the tech came to install the technology, I changed my mind & it turned into a regular visit. Nevertheless, they billed me $190 even though it is undisputed that the system was never installed. I was a customer for a solid 7 years and tried to get the charge removed. They refused! Perhaps out of spite for canceling their services. I am a senior. $190 for services not rendered is a lot. They are deplorable!

Hey, how was pretty disappointed with this company based off of the fact that I told him I just wanted to just focus on the mice rodent in the home I only had a few and when they came to the location immediately, they tried to put me into a long-term contract that I never signed up for Then only came out to my house one time to set up all the traps in the three month process I try to make an appointment for them to come back. They did the outside of the property to close it. They did not seal off anything plus the workers of the company for a very lazy they were not really trying to do an extermination to get rid of anything I feel like they basically just want you to get locked in to the long term contract more than really finally how to focus on the mice and getting rid of the mice if y

Viking has been my long-standing go to for any of my pest control needs. Technician Greg Walker has serviced my home for decades. His knowledge, professionalism and demeanor is an asset to the company!

Kwaku Okyere came out to address the issue and was extremely helpful. He set me up with a plan that makes sure I won't have any more issues. I appreciate his help!
