We have been using Viking for several years and are pleased with their service and the service technicians, who are always friendly and professional. Justin Santora recently treated the inside of our home and, due to rainy weather that day, Steven Jarosz returned on a later date to treat the outside. Both did a great job.
James is an excellent tech. Always arrives on time and very professional as well as informative. Also very detailed and informs me if there are any changes from my last visit. As l stated an excellent technician and give him 10 🌟
Steve was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything and I was reassured and relieved! I hope that he is our regular technician.
Prompt service, cost was OK. Steve is a great, friendly guy, and very knowledgeable, he taught me everything about the hornets and bees. He took care of a hornets nest with 78 hornets in it. Will definitely use this company in the future
The service tech was very friendly and informative and detailed with their technique. I was impressed with the time they spent in my home making sure all areas were covered.
