First timer here, set up was great with two black boxes out back. Upgraded due to having two dogs, better boxes. Saw some action around wood pile and doesn’t help my husband has a bird feeder. Two traps in basement and actually looking forward to the two week visit after installing. Trying to decide whether to do the mosquito spraying since I’m a magnet for the no see ums. Hired them for getting rid of drain flies and they did a fantastic job. It took a couple of visits, however, they were very professional and helpful in getting the job done! I would recommend them. Our service professional was Alton, and he was just excellent. He answered all of our questions and is very eager and enthusiastic to help.

The service took place right after the heavy snowstorm. The servicemen that came was most professional. They’re very kind explained how he was going to treat the house due to the snow because he couldn’t get to the ground as they normally do and then and he would took the time and he was very patient.
