Beware !! 🚩 🚨🚩 I hired this company to install Countertops at my home. This company is very unprofessional and threatening. Worst Customer service I’ve ever received by any company. On the day of delivery, I paid them in full in cash and they would not give me a receipt for the money. Also, they tried to charge me an extra $3500 for a new slab of quartz since they made a mistake on the measurements and I refused to pay since it was their mistake. It was way too small and would not fit. I refused to pay the owner additional $3500 he started threatening me and tried to intimidate me with all his employees. I told him to leave and never come back on my property ever again and if he did I would press charges me and my wife left that evening. when we got back or Countertop Had been stolen

I decided to do an update on my kitchen. My friend has been working with Villa for a while so they came highly recommended. From start to finish...great customer service, great price, great installation. THEY WERE AMAZING! I've recieved soo many compliments 💕....you won't be disappointed. Thank you Villa !!!

BUYER BEWARE! Although the countertop that was installed is nice, the ethics of this company are questionable. We received 35 square feet of countertop and they tried to charge us for 40 square feet which was the initial rough estimate that we provided upon our first meeting. It wasn’t until we questioned them on two separate occasions did they come down on price to 38 square feet. When we pushed back on this and requested that we would only be charged 35 square feet (which is the true amount of countertop that we received) they refused. Unfortunately we had to pay that amount and we requested an itemized receipt which they have still yet to provide. Super shady, would not recommend. Don’t let them take advantage of you.

Everyone was so supportive and communicative from beginning to end. They worked to accommodate my timelines. They worked efficiently and thoroughly to install counters in my kitchen. The result is beautiful.
