Demo and install was a great experience. The crew was very friendly, clean, and did great work. On the business side, there is room for improvement. There were a few communication errors along the way that made the overall experience frustrating at times. We thought we were getting new baseboards and I’d had multiple conversations with the sales rep about it because we were hiring a painter to paint them once they were installed. It turned out we only got new shoe in the areas that previously had carpet. Not the end of the world, but a let down for sure. Then day three of the project a crew showed up to “start” the job and were surprised to find the floors almost done. That was fine, just funny and clearly a communication error on their part. I recently had Village Floor install new luxury vinyl throughout my whole lower level. Amy was amazing to work with. She was super patient and helpful. Their installer was super knowledgeable and installed my floor quickly. My floor turned out beautiful! I definitely recommend 😊

Our challenge was making our 34 year old kitchen look modern and fresh around our hand crafted oak cabinets. We asked Amy at Village Floor to help. She gave us several ideas for a new backsplash, LVT flooring and an update to our island and sent us home with a load of samples. We were able to clearly picture how the different combinations would look and made our choices. From that point Bryan and his crew took over. Starting with the estimator through the demo guys, tile setter, Cambria installers and a special shout out to John the LVT floor installer, everyone was professional, punctual and easy to work with. We highly recommend Village Floor for flooring, countertops and tile renovation projects.

I had worked withTricia at Village Floor in the past. She has always been so patient and gave us great ideas and helped us in selecting a backspash. Even though this was a small job, she was very helpful and offered her wonderful knowledge and experience. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Third time using Village Floor and last! Master Bath- Shower, floor, quartz vanity & tile behind vanity. First part of project was to be the shower (48” x 34”). We had it demoed & ready for tile install. Village Floor start date MAY 12th, 2025 Shower completion date JUNE 16th, 2025 Not a typo! One issue after another (sales rep gave incorrect niche size (three times), no drain pipe size given,( had to be redone again), all causing delays. Sales rep never did order the rest of the product for the additional areas like she said she would do ( which ended up being perfect). Biggest mess up: sales rep ordered wrong color grout for shower walls and blamed the error on me when I told her I hated it, that’s not what I ordered. In her email our sales rep offered to come and “stain” the wall grout
