Fernando Villa’s team is just absolutely fantastic! You won’t find a better contractor or team. **1 year follow up photos posted at the end** Top quality, beautiful workmanship, attentive to detail, they are fast & efficient, and just all around kind and great to work with. They have a wealth of knowledge in every area, not just landscaping and patios. We have had major water runoff and irrigation issues that neither we nor the previous home owners could seem to fix no matter what we did and who we hired. Update: Fernando's team came out to replace the defective pavers and we couldn't be happier with the results...they really came through for us! I'm attaching before & after pictures...what a difference! (original review below) Fernando and his team do great work! They were all prompt, courteous and hardworking throughout our landscaping project, and we are very pleased with the results! When Fernando came to do the final walkthrough, we pointed out a couple of pavers that had some manufacturing defects. He was very accommodating and agreed to replace them quickly. Looking forward to having the final touchup completed soon and updating our review with photos of our beautiful new patio, along with the other landscaping they completed for us!

I met Fernando through a referral. I called and that day he came by and discussed our driveway pavers and walkways project. He measured, discussed our options, and had a proposal to us within 24 hours. Villas pricing was substantially lower than the 2 previous bids and he started the excavation with 2 weeks of signing the contract. Knowing my urgency to get it done before company was arriving his crew worked on Labor Day and completed the 2,000 square foot project in 5 days. Villas’ crew worked non stop 10 hour days with skill and professionalism. The workmanship is top quality.

We had Fernando and his crew put in a new paver stone driveway. He came out to our house, and he had some great recommendations for us. We met him at a stone shop and he helped us pick out the pavers he thought would look the best. When he and his team came out to rip up our old black top driveway which had sunk, they discovered that one of our downspouts was not connected to our main waterline and was draining right onto our driveway, causing issues. They fixed this problem and went to work on the new driveway. They showed up every day and worked hard. Fernando has a large crew and he would come and check their work. We love the end result. It came out better than we had imagined. We have already gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors walking by. I would definitely recommend Fernando
