I wanted to give a shout out to Donis, Fernando, and the Villatoros Construction crew on a project they completed for us. They completed a Four Season Room, and a Paver Patio. The project turned out just as planned. The initial collaboration, projects progress to the final outcome was outstanding. They work with you, and adapt to any changes along the way that you make. Their crew took pride in their work and what they were doing. Their workmanship was great. They met every milestone, and adhered to all building and safety protocols. If you are looking to do anything to your home, I recommend Villatoros Construction. You will be in good hands.

This is our second major project working with Donis, Fernando and the whole Villatoro crew. Two years ago they did an amazing job adding a huge screened in porch to our home so we were very confident asking them to complete an even larger remodeling project. Specifically our home had a small kitchen, a small dining room, a small breakfast area and a small fully enclosed porch that we HATED. Everything was too small and completely overrun when our grandkids visited. Donis and Fernando worked with us to design a large open modern kitchen that removed all of the walls and used a huge beam built into the second floor to exceed all the structural requirements. Then as a bonus they designed a remodel to the first floor half bath that added a full shower which was another item on our dream

Our historical home built in 1928 needed painting very badly. The paint was peeling on all of the soffits. Villatoro's came out and spent quite a bit of time with us and even more time walking around our house taking photos. A few days later, we received a professional estimate outlining the entire process. We agreed to contract the job to Villatoro's. The crew arrived at 8:00 am on the start date and worked until 5 - 6:00 pm, every day, all day, except for Sunday. We also run an Airbnb on the property, the crew was very respectful of our guests. The team hand-scraped every inch of the wood molding, shutters, windows, etc. They reglazed our windows and replaced any broken panes. We have been renovating and flipping houses for more than 30 years, and we have never been as impressed with the contracting firm as we are with Villatoro Construction. At the end of our renovation, there wasn't an area of our house, that wasn't touched in some way. They were consistently the best. They were able to start work quickly, showed up as promised, and worked full days. They paid so much attention to detail, ensuring that everything was perfect.
