I had to replace a roof on a house I was selling so we were under a time crunch. Vincent's roofing gave me a very reasonably priced quote. The process to get under contract and choose the materials was quick, easy, and streamlined. They completed the job very quickly while still giving me a great quality roof. The customer service was great, I did not have an issue with anyone. Someone always responded to my questions. I would definitely do business with them again.

After a tornado hit my friends home their insurance told them to have the house tarped to prevent further damage. As new home owners & having never done any of this before they were unsure of what a fair price for this kind of job was. They called Vincents Roofing to do the job. They trusted them to be fair in a time of vulnerability and they screwed them - They charged $3,468 for a TARP JOB. Their insurance adjuster said it was AT MOST a $500-$600 job. Vincent's is now refusing to speak with them. This is terrible customer service, and disgusting business practice. I am warning all of my family and friends to avoid this company like the plague that they are.

Definitely would not use or recommend. Find another company. This one promises times and does not follow through...and leaves all kinds of havoc behind.
