My 5 friends and I got a Groupon for a 3 hour BYOB class, and went last night (6/13/14) to do the "Cafe Terrace" painting from 7-10 pm. It was a horrible experience. The "teacher" did not really teach at all. She started painting and we were all confused at what to do; I even had to explicitly ask her to move her microphone to her mouth because we could not hear her. We continued to not be able to hear her the whole night, particularly over the loud music. After about 30 or 45 minutes one of my friends gave up on the scheduled painting due to the lack of instruction and just started painting something abstract. We purchase 8 groupon coupons and booked a party for August 16 at 7pm. 5 days before the class we called to verify and get additional information and the lady FORGOT to write us down and so we had to move our party to 1pm. It was supposed to be a private party but they had a kids painting party at the same time and the instructor was unable to balance both parties. It was a HORRIBLE experience and I plan to tell every person I see NOT to go to this place. Filthy place, lazy inept instructor.... total waste of money.
