I had a bad experience with Jason at Vinyl Pro from the get go. Originally Jason quoted me $70 for replacing vinyl on my door panel. He also said if I were to bring in right away he could possibly get it done that day or the next. I took the panel in the next day . Jason quoted me more money and a longer time to finish. I did agree on $120 when I left , so when he called I mentioned to him the difference in the cost and the time to finish was different and I meant to mention it. He said because of the other panel that need to be done but I remembered I mentioned it on the phone. He said he would cut me a deal on the price. When I seen the finished product a corner of my door panel was not covered and I could see through it. I took it back and Jason said he would have to do over again to g

Craig and his team did a great job on my 2018 Traverse. Brought it in for headliner repairs and they took care of it nicely. Very quick, punctual, and a fair price!
