They are really nice very helpful. All of them have been very good. Every time I visit this is my second time and they know what they’re doing as long as you provide the correct information you can get out of there quick. The only problem is getting in and out if there is a traffic it’s hard to maneuver I’m talking about a semi truck, so just know what you doing. Where are you going? Which the door get your information before you even pull into the dock or to the area it’s very hard to back in and out out of there, if you know what you’re doing is gonna be very simple but delicate because a lot of traffic in there a lot of cars parked. Mayflower is a big and trusted company, but not all of their partner agencies live up to that reputation. Unfortunately, VIP Transport was one of the worst moving experiences we’ve ever had. The representative who FaceTimed us for the quote seemed completely gimmicky. On moving day, three guys showed up with no boxes, dirty blankets, and not enough labels, thankfully, they at least had packing tape. They marked only a few of our most valuable items, but even then, two of those ended up damaged. And even though we paid for insurance, they only offered us $100 in compensation. What a joke! Honestly, you could pack and move your own belongings better than they do.

I am writing a review of a move I did in the summer of 2022. It's taken me a long time to write this because the whole process left me actually fuming. I hired these movers because they were associated with Mayflower, and I read for the best moving experiences hire a big company, like Mayflower. I thought by paying a premium for a brand like Mayflower I would get a low stress experience... NOT. This place is an utter scam. The whole move was ACTUAL HELL. First the estimate was based on a Zoom call. I was moving out of a row home in Baltimore city. I showed the coordinator each room on video and we talked about what furniture would be taken. Ultimately the quoted me around $5,000 for the 1,500 mile trek, and I signed the bid. In the end the total move cost nearly $10,000 because they WOEFU

This move was one of the worst experiences I have ever endured. The movers were lazy and came unprepared, they didn’t even have a toolbox to dismantle the furniture. When the main truck arrived they realized they “miscalculated” the space required to transport my things… the first truck arrived with multiple prices of furniture destroyed. The second truck has yet to arrive after three weeks and the customer service agents are being super vague in their responses. They claim that the truck is in Florida but I don’t even know whether to believe them or not.

Broken treadmill, damaged bed, gouges left on floor. I suspect you can find better movers in the Baltimore area.
