VIP West Garage - Intuit Dome

West Garage at the Intuit Dome is very advanced technology parking structure that we haven't seen in out life. We were headed to the Cyndi Lauper concert at Intuit Dome this our first time coming to Dome but I got the parking with tickets for the concert. When got close they sign and guilds to lead us to the parking they told me to park and that's it I already brought the parking and the staff he say don't worry their camera that take pictures of your car license and they know if you brought the parking pass. I park then we walk the bridge it was nice see can the street blow and then we headed to the dome

Their system was down. We had to wait until it was up to enter. No second plan in this type of situation. Didn't seem to be organized. I felt for the staff members. They were polite and professional.

Lots of employees to direct you. We stayed the end. And strolled to our car and easily exited garage because of garages traffic control. Lots of Shell Recharge electric vehicle chargers. Felt very safe and lots of security / bag check to quickly get us thru

This is a ripoff. There are cheaper parking options near by. They require you to download an app and create an account just to purchase parking in advance. It’s so stupid to pay so much for parking but do your research and you’ll find that are much better options available.

$70 for parking and no post till your inside garage, traffic control was horrible but easy access to arena
