Fast and reasonably priced. Submitted a contact form Friday afternoon got a quote that night and the carpet was fixed on Wednesday.

The service was absolutely Outstanding! The reply to my estimate email was prompt. The call in advance of the team's arrival to stretch the carpet was as promised. The team, Will and Dante arrived exactly as indicated in their call. The introduced themselves and went right to work. Their work was Outstanding! The team was professional and really cared about what we the customer needed. And the price was equally Outstanding. I would highly recommend Virginia Carpet and Cleaning.

If I could rate this business 0 Star I would. We were charged $230 for 2x2 ft carpet repair. !@#$&. The whole experience was a disaster. We called them for a repair in one of our bedrooms, the guy came and gave us a quote based on what he saw that he gotta work with ( He said that he would need to cut a piece of carpet in our closet to patch the bedroom and said whenever we have another piece he will come back to patch the closet). He finished half of the job and promised will come back for the rest when we call. We were happy with the solution so We paid the full amount without hesitation which we shouldnt. Over 2 weeks later, we kept calling and calling the company. Finally, a guy picked up so we asked to have someone to come and finish the job like promised, they said that they didn'

We needed carpet stretching in 2 rooms for our 6 year old carpet which had developed ridges (a dangerous trip hazard).The repairman arrived on time and completed the work quickly. When we asked if he could also clean the carpet since the furniture was already out of the rooms, he made room for us in his schedule. The carpets look and smell great and there are no more ridges. We will use the company again!
