I highly recommend Glen and his team. Unbeatable prices and quality of service. They will ensure you are 100% satisfied with the countertop install. I first used VA Granite Pros for our bathroom counter top replacement and then went back when we were ready to have our kitchen countertops done. I even was able to purchase our new MSI LVP flooring and tile backsplash through them at phenomenal prices.

I am no less than THRILLED with the work this team did for us. At the start, I was skeptical that the price would be "more affordable than you think" as advertised on Facebook. Truly, it was the most affordable quote that we received by a staggering amount. Sometimes, you get what you pay for. In this case, we received top notch materials, service, and installation which far exceeded my expectations for the price. The install team was outstanding. I wish I could invite them all to Christmas. This company clearly cares about its clients and community. I cannot overstate my happiness enough.

I'll give full stars for workmanship and fit and finish for the job done. All those that I dealt with over the kitchen/bath project were friendly and professional in person, and they did a wonderful job. They even came back to follow up on a couple details that had been missed during installation. However, communication after the sale (phone and email) was far less than amazing. My perception is that the owners are great at the technical end of things, but are less excited about the work that goes into customer relations during the scheduling and installation process. Maybe it was just me, as other reviews here don't mention any of this. Nonetheless, I would give my recommendation for this company, but will say that you could also have the experience of being more than a bit in the dark af

DO NOT GO HERE. I am not sure if it is a scam/fraud or they are just liars who choose what jobs they do and make excuses for not coming, but we never received our countertop installation. It got pushed out 2 times and the communication with the owner was horrendous after we paid our 50% down. The times it got pushed out the excuses were two different things. Today was the date to finally get it installed, I didn't have confidence in them, so I emailed them the previous evening to confirm they were coming. I woke up to an email back this morning saying they are not coming any longer because they DON'T HAVE OUR COUNTERTOPS. Easy to work with, very professional. From start to install, they went above and beyond. So very pleased with their expertise, products, and excellent staff. Recommend for any project, large or small.
