Virginia Tile - Indianapolis

Maybe someone was having a bad day. I like to say this when ive had a particular odd interaction with someone at a store. I was out sourcing material for a client of mine. They know exactly what type of floor they wanted and this was the store I was sent to by the manufacturer, Never been there before. The store/warehouse was empty but as I stood at the help desk someone came out to help me. Great! I asked them about product x, they looked at me and said we dont have that. I looked surprised as this tile was on their website and this is where the manufacturer sent me. So I said fine and walked to my car. My client called me as I was sitting in my car and asked if I had seen the tiles. They said they were at their home looking at the tile on Virginia tiles website. So back into the store,
