Wayyy impressed with the service here ! I Will be going back ! My $10 dollar purchase they treated me like it was $100 ! Unlike other big stores that avoid ANY contact whatsoever , these wonderful people asked to help me on my first step in the DOOR ! AND even held the door open as I was leaving ! All I can say is WOW!

When you need help - go here. Plenty of staff who are very helpful finding that little widget you need. This smaller, local hardware store is a gem in the era of big box stores. I went in specifically for 8 stainless steel screws, washers and nuts. And was able to buy just 8( not a box of 25 or a pack of 12). This was perfect for my project. They’ve got a nice selection of grills and BBQ stuff too ( with people who you can actually talk with to get info about them). Try the Traeger Veggie Rub to season your veggies ( grill Or no grill) Will be going back again, soon.

This is one of the best, most helpful traditional hardware stores I’ve ever seen. They have their people keeping an eye on the door so they are actually AVAILABLE right when you need them! There’s a repair desk in the back and they’ve got experts who go above and beyond to help you with your problem. I can’t say enough good things about Visser Ace Hardware!
