I am very happy to have worked with Visser Closets, after having had an horrible experience I was very scared of trusting another company with my closets, but from the second I met Irene and Claudia I had a very positive feeling. They ended up being extremely professional, understanding and available to answer any doubt or question I had, starting from the design phase, they were very patient with us and answered promptly whenever we had questions about dimensions, material or design and made appropriate modifications to accommodate our needs. They were also great during the installation process, they went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes and needs and all the installers were very polite and professional. My wife and I have been thoroughly impressed with our new closets ever since we bought and remodeled our condo in Brickell five years ago. Felipe and his team have been great to work with, and the two very minor issues we had (a drawer mechanism a couple of years ago and a soft-close door hinge just this week) have been resolved by Felipe in the most professional and timely manner. We can't say enough about how responsive and courteous he is. I recommend Visser Closets very highly!

Felipe from Visser closets is an artist. He consistently makes beautifully designed closets (he has worked on over 10 closets for my family). The closets are not just beautiful they are thoughtfully designed, durable and useful. Additionally his customer service is incredible. He personally supervises his workers to make sure everything is done well and correctly. He also works with customers to accommodate last minute changes when requested - even if difficult. I cannot recommend visser closets enough.

The custom made closets installed by Visser far exceeded my husband and my expectations. The two pullout closets designed by Visser for me created four times the storage we had previously and the walk in closet has ample shelving and hanging space for my husband's needs. The superior quality of the materials used by Visser Closets is obvious and compliments our home. From the time they came to take measurements to final installation, all work was completed timely and within the budget we discussed. We highly recommend Visser Closets.
