I purchased a complete mini split system from HVACdirect. There were some issues that came up not the fault of HVACdirect but nonetheless they could've made it very difficult for me to resolve. Their customer service rep understood, had compassion and worked hard at resolving the issue for me. I was made right quickly as my whole construction project was held up until this was resolved. The product was as described, sales and customer service were so helpful. I recommend highly.

Vista Heating & Cooling installed my new furnace and ducts some years back and they did a great job. Since then I have never had any problem with the furnace. They have been coming for annual service and maintenance and they still stick to their high professionalism. Last week I had Michael come for the annual service and maintenance and he checked everything out and made some adjustments that were necessary. He was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.
