Vista Parking

CUSTOMER BEWARE! I have been coming here for a few years now and had previously experienced great service. Yesterday, was an absolute nightmare. We called Vista at 6:57 to make sure the car was ready and someone would come pick us up. He told us to wait on Level 3 Door 6. No one came. We waited in the cold for over a half hour, called back and he said that someone came by already which was a lie. So he said someone else would come - another 1/2 hour goes by and nothing. Finally, after a 3rd time someone came. When we got to the lot I was the first one out and the first one to pay. The man at the front told me the car was on its way. 30 minutes later and everyone else got their car but me and an older couple. The older couple’s key was missing. Long time customer and unfortuately the experiences are getting worse. Dropoff of the car and a quick ride to the airport have always been great. The service problem is the pickup wait which can be lengthy. Over 40 minutes for the latest experience after being told on my second call that it was 5 minutes (but then it filled up with 2 other parties) and then called back and told 10 minutes. Sometimes they just don't answer the call. Also the vans have missing or broken seat belts. Either repair or replace the vans.

Daniel, who I believe is the manager or owner, was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I pulled in and expected to be parked but was told “there’s no spots, go somewhere else.” I had a reservation booked for over a month and informed him of that but was told by Daniel, “I don’t care, get a refund.” I said no, I wasn’t going to get a refund, I was going to be parked like I had paid $80 for. He then came up to my window and began yelling and cursing at me. I was there for twenty minutes, crying, when the man parking the cars was able to sneak me in and park me as there were PLENTY of spaces available to park. DO NOT PARK HERE OR WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Purchased a Groupon for 7 day parking a couple of days before my trip. When I went to pick up my car they refused to give me my keys until I paid their price. They did not honor the voucher. I paid for parking twice as a result. They stole over $100 from me. They are apparently already under investigation on Groupon.

No longer a reliable service. Disappointing since they were excellent for years. We have experienced very long wait times for pickup when the airport is empty and been driven in vans with the check engine and other warning lots flashing. They are a mess.
