I called Vista Pros Heating & Cooling Friday mid-morning having an issue with my AC unit. They were able to schedule a technician to come out within just about 3 hours. The technician's name was Jacob. Not only was he able to do the diagnostic but he was able to get my unit up and running as it was unusually hot, in the upper 80s for temperatures. I was going to have to wait for the installer who originally put the brand new unit in for 4 days to get it fixed. I could not be more pleased with Vista pros and especially Jacob who took care of everything and it was inexpensive. I have a new air conditioning go to company and would highly recommend them. I will not be using anybody else thank you Jacob and all the awesome folks I dealt with at Vista Pro's Heating & Cooling in Sierra Vista y'al

Vista Pros technician Marquise showed up on time to provide an included maintenance for the air conditioner they just installed last year, removing my swamp cooler. Marquee was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He educated me on some of the parts of the system that might be of concern in the future and all the reasons why. No pressure, just education. I asked him to provide me an estimate for replacement parts and labor, which he assured me will be emailed to me, and Vista Pros has always been very accommodating with the estimates to keep me informed of my options. He did a great job, very hard worker and very knowledgeable.

Jacob was able to come out same day and address all of my concerns for my AC and heating system. We had a new system installed and there was some shady work done and he was able to point out all of the issues with my system so that it could run efficiently and properly. I was very impressed by the professionalism and how quickly and effectively he was able to do his job. The team also communicated very well and the price was very reasonable for everything that he did. Everything was backed up with a full report and pictures and you really can’t ask for more. Great company and great tech, thanks so much for your service!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I scheduled my duct and vent cleaning, but I’m honestly so glad I went with this company. The technicians were amazing — super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. They were careful around my home, cleaned up after themselves, and the difference in the air quality was noticeable right away. It just feels fresher. It’s rare to get service where the people actually care, but these guys really did. I’d recommend them and will definitely call them again when it’s time for another cleaning.

Vista Pros is a top notch, high quality customer service and professional company I have adored and respected since I started using them over a year ago. Each and every technician that has come (for different reasons) out has been incredibly kind, respectful, easy to talk with and they explain things to you in such a way, you don’t feel stupid or incompetent in what they will be taking care of for you. The customer service team, Olivia and the other ladies are phenomenal . They are quick to call you back, give you any information you need about equipment being installed or whatever needs you may have without feeling like you’re being rushed off the phone.
