I had a fantastic experience with Vital Air! Nick Case was amazing—patient and accommodating to my schedule. Once I was set, they installed my new system in the basement in no time. Highly recommend!

Jacob is a fine technician! Always on time, if not early and calls before the appointment. Hes always friendly, efficient, observant and knowledgeable. He noticed my AC's main power wires were being degraded by the sun and saved us from what could have been a huge headache down the road as we travel frequently. If possible, Id request him on any AC work we may need! Vital Air is always on top of things with text/email/ phone reminders too! Customer for life!

My furnace stopped working a couple days before Christmas . I was expecting to use space heaters until after the holiday. Jake came out within a few hours of my call. As always he was professional and thorough. I have been using Vital Air services for over 10 years and I have no regrets.

The tech, Jacob Williams always provides superb customer service, is personable, advises on needed maintenance, and explains everything in detail. I was a little late making it home today for my appt due to Atlanta traffic LOL. He was patient and understanding. Would definitely recommend this tech and company for your HVAC needs.

Here to leave a 1 star review because unsolicited, this company sent a text message to my personal cell phone. I think we can all agree that's off limits and represents an unwelcome invasion of privacy. As consumers we want to send a strong message to Vital Air Services that when your greed takes charge and begins violating the widely accepted code of decency there are legal, PR and cash flow consequences to the offending business. It's 2025 Vital air, time to grow up and learn how to respect other innocent people in this community.
