Tim Brown and his staff (Heather, Christian, Ken, Walt, Joni, Mallory) are knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and very responsive to the customer’s needs and safety. I had the misfortune of a water leak in my condo which led to mold in the outside walls. Vital Restoration was outstanding in remediating our problem. Their concern and compassion were a blessing during this disruption in our home and daily lives. Vital Restoration is the best. I highly recommend this company! I would give ten stars if I could.

HOLY MOLY!! This company and its amazing staff treat you like royalty! I came home to standing water last night around 7pm. After the problem was identified/handled, Tim Brown and his amazing crew were here-estimate given- contract signed- water extracted- trash hauled out- fans set/ turned on and gone- LESS than 24 hrs of the problem being discovered. Get this: not only for myself, but for my neighbor as well! Top notch service!! Top notch crew!! Timely, affordable, reliable… I can’t say enough great things about this team! Very highly recommend this company!!
