Vitolo Landscape and Lawncare

I was initially concerned after reading the negative review, but before making a decision I took the time to verify the claims myself. After reviewing public records, which showed only minor traffic matters such as speeding and a seatbelt citation, and speaking with others who have actually used this company, I found nothing that supported the wild accusations being suggested. My experience with Mr. Vitolo and his crew was entirely different. The service was consistent, communication was clear, and the billing accurately reflected the work performed. As a business owner myself, I understand how frustrating misleading reviews can be. While occasional misunderstandings occur in any service-based business, the erratic accusations, extreme language, and lack of factual support in that review

Showed up whenever and tried to bill our family for services not provided. I requested that Mr.Vitolo send me dates that his workers performed lawn care and it fell on deaf ears. No response sent a bill six months late with no detail and let me say some weeks we had so many leaves not blown in our entry , HOA complaints yet we have a lawn service? Icing on cake is when he tried telling my neighbors nasty comments and truthfully it’s like dealing with a HOOD RAT .. My neighbors told me to Google him in Flagler courthouse … and I did .. . Hmmmnnnnn No thanks -pass on this guy … not impressed with this behavior at all !
