I really appreciated Viviano servicing our furnace on such short notice. Office staff was great and repair was done quickly. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was pricing. The technician indicated that what he did to fix our problem was what he’d do during a bi-annual system check. Those checks are typically advertised anywhere from $100-$175 and this repair cost $242. Despite that small detail, I’m very thankful for all that Viviano did to get heat back into our home on a very cold day!

My experience with Heating and Air Conditioning has always been positive. Both office staff and technicians have always been pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. They have always taken care of my HVAC needs with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. I highly recommend Viviano. They have never disappointed.

Alec was awesome! Super good guy. Represents you guys awesomely . Great personality and thorough . I also like the way Don, the owner, Originally came and followed up with me after installation. I also like his billboards, believe it or not, especially the last one there… out towards Maryville. Lol 💯

Juan and Sebastian did a fantastic job. Very professional. Cleaned everything up, couldn't tell they were here. Viviano Heating and Air Conditioning (Don) gave us a very good quote too! I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to replace your furnace and air conditioner.

This past Sunday, my furnace started struggling to heat the house. I called Viviano Heating and Cooling. They were at my house within a couple hours, quickly diagnosed and thankfully were able to fix the issue. The technician was very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend using them I the figure.
