My husband and I are delighted with the service. Our furniture has come back to life and is as clean as when we bought it. Alex and Simon's kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism are excellent. I would give them more than five stars!

I am a landlord who wanted to clean my rugs in between tenants. I called a different firm first based on positive reviews but after sending them pictures of the rooms / carpeting (requested) and providing room dimensions after 3 days I wasn’t able to get an estimate OR book an appointment so I went back online looking for another company. It should be noted I have a guy I use for this but he recently retired. I came across Vix and Thumbtack (never used either before) and the reviews were also very good so I answered a few questions online and pretty quickly (less than 30 minutes) I got a quote online and was ready to go. As soon as I clicked “accept” I got a text from Simone and was grateful she said they could come at 3:00 this afternoon after losing 3 days with the first company. Simone

Omg! Better than I expected! It smells heavenly. I had my couch cleaned and they did such an amazing job! Our dog became ill before passing and destroyed the couch but Vix (Alexandre & Simone) brought it back to its original look! I highly recommend and the price was beyond worth the services they provided! We are move ready! Grateful and beyond satisfied (10 stars) picture of couch drying before putting back together. Best decision ever made to have couch cleaned!

This husband and wife team are true professionals. They were extremely thorough in their cleaning. I hired them to clean 3 couches, an arm chair, an ottoman and an area rug and they took 4 hours of nonstop work to clean them all. In addition, they vacuumed around the furniture as well to ensure no residual dust from the room made its way back to the furniture. I am very pleased with the job they did.

This business is nothing but hands down one of the best experience, I’ve had they cleaned my couch to the fullest when I thought it was unrepairable It absolutely looks brand new like I just bought it for the first time I recommend this company to whomever needs their couch cleaned carpets cleaned They both were extremely respectful patient And did what they said that they were going to do and I am extremely grateful for their service Thank you so much It was nothing but a pleasure having you here and I will always come back to you when I need my couch cleaned or anything in my apartment!!!!!!!!!
