VKB Homes was not my original choice for my basement office space remodel. My initial selection was Top Ranked LLC, but after receiving an estimate, communication abruptly ceased, and my calls went unreturned. This lack of professionalism left me feeling discouraged, and I worried that no company would be willing to take on a project of minimal size. Calling VKB Homes completely changed that perception. While their portfolio clearly features substantial, high-value projects, they still took on my remodel, even though my budget was significantly smaller. What a great experience. You wouldn't believe what our old kitchen looked like (I'm not posting pictures of it out of shame). Completely transformed. We had a wall knocked down, new cabinets, flooring, appliances, trim and multiple entry doors. Everything was handled flawlessly from the initial meetings, to design, to implementation. What an amazing experience. We had quite the project to complete and had a hard time finding a contractor to take on the challenge. We are so very pleased we found VKB Homes! From the initial walk through to the final touch ups, this company did an outstanding job. Let me give you a quick overview of how easy it was to work with these contractors. We selected VKB for our whole house remodel to ensure our design was consistent and up to date. Haley and Misty definitely took our home from 1990 to 2024! Our home is more than we expected, and we are excited to entertain again. The VKB culture is definitely focused on quality of the end product and exceeding customer expectations. VKB homes was the perfect choice for me and my husband when we decided to remodel our bathrooms. We wanted a one stop, remodeling experience. Someone to design our layout, pick out the colors and all the tile and fixtures along with contracting all the subs and handling all the details. That is exactly what we received. We scheduled our first appointment with John and he explained everything to us in great detail. Then Eric stopped by and he let us know that he was going to oversee the whole project.
