Vlk Septic

John inspected a home I am selling, for a buyer. I am out of state so all contact has been over the phone, text, or email. After his inspection, I hired him to make the repairs for the issues he found during his inspection and to reinspect the system for future buyers. He has been a great communicator. He responds quickly. He sent me pictures of the repairs he made and the work in progress (attached to this review). His work seems fairly priced. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs septic work or inspection.

Recently I had a septic emergency at my own house. John came on a weekend, got our frozen tank cover off, pulled out the tank pump, replaced the pump and float system, and got us back up and flushing in two days! I have been helping a family member find a house in the area and set up the inspections for closing. We had a deadline to meet and John was able to get the inspection scheduled. The day of the inspection, he arrived timely, and was very professional taking time to go over not only how he conducts the inspection, but why and discussed the findings with us. The follow up report was sent timely as well. I highly recommend Vlk for septic needs. He even took time to send an estimate at our request when it was evident that due to poor septic care from the previous owners of the house that the drain field would need to be replaced.
