I was solicited by this company's owner to do business with them to fix my AC unit when another (painting) contractor called him in to assess what might be wrong with it. He name dropped some notable customers of his in my area, so I kept him in mind. A few weeks later I called and we agreed to an appointment for Friday the 4th at 9am. I texted him my address/POC details and then rearranged work appointments and meetings that morning so I could be available. At 12pm, after a no-show (and no communication to notify me), I texted asking if he was still able to still make it as I had a 2pm meeting I could not miss. No response. On the morning of Monday the 7th I followed up again via text asking if he had given any thought to rescheduling the appointment. I received a 7 second voice messa

Come on man. Do your people have a driver's license? Other people use this parking lot. Bro should have his take home truck taken away till the ability to park is learned.
