Absolutely the worst people to call if you have an issue or question about a brand that they dont carry. Ive called them several times frustrated with an appliance and they have denied any assistance whatsoever. Even if the parts are universal they will not even try to help. For a local business that refuses to even try and help a local customer is just plain pitiful. This is my honest opinion after talking with them on several occasions including today. As far as your response goes this wasnt the first time that I had a extremely frustrating situation and I was turned away without any guidence whatsoever. Oh and by the way I ended up ordering several identical aftermarket parts that were close in description and found a matching set that was identical and im not an expert by any means.

I received much help from them. Helped me fix my electrical issues with my dryer and kept me from spending more money on things I didn’t need. Great help, knowledgeable and much appreciated!!!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. If they don't have the part in stock they have the means to get what you are looking for quickly and with reasonable prices. Mostly pickup parts for ovens, fridges, A/C, and washers and dryers but I'm sure they have more.

Our attic fan quit working and we brought the motor to vnm to purchase a new one. The owner explained that it might just be the capacitor. $13 later, my attic fan is running. Thank you so much!

For any small parts for appliances. I would definitely recommend going to see VNM. I needed a part for my dryer, and it cost 9.99 and when I talked to all the other local hardware stores no one carried the part. Lowes told me I could order online , however the price was like $30 something dollars😳 VNM is a diamond in the rough, like I said they had a part that these “top” hardware stores did not carry, that says a lot.
