Voda was incredibly helpful after the city sewer backed up into our basement. They were prompt and helpful throughout the process. They went the extra mile to assist when we had questions or needed more scrubbers for the smell. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made a very difficult situation much more manageable.

We called him very late (around 9pm) to help us with a water leak that flooded multiple areas of our brand new home, and he personally attended. He really helped us in a very unfortunate situation and kept his composure when the painting professional who caused the water damage was being very difficult, and took over 2 hours to sign off on the work order so that they could begin treatment. In the wee hours of the morning after the water incident, a web search pulled up VODA as a water repair company. I filled out their online form with the intention of calling other company's first thing in the morning.
