From the moment he arrived, Isaac was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He explained the process clearly and took great care with my furniture. My round couch looks refreshed, brighter, and honestly feels brand new again. The mattress topper is spotless and smells so clean — you can truly see and feel the difference. It’s hard to find companies that deliver both quality results and excellent customer service, but Isaac and the team at Voda absolutely did. I manage vacation rentals here in JAX and just had a guest write on and stain our patio couch. Ivan showed up on time and he couldn't assure me the pet stains on a rental property will come out, so I wasn't sure if I wanted to pay for the cleaning service versus new carpet. We'll he went the extra mile and did two free samples on the stains to see how deep the stain came out and it did, at that moment I was sold for the service, I added deep soil cleaning and pet stain spot area cleaning to the steam carpet cleaning. Ivan also checked with a UV light. He also did a free sample on tile floor and I loved the result, considering getting tile steam deep clean, the grout was reddish not dark brown lol. Good communication, text messages updates, phone calls, email receipt and appointment times, reminder. So far so good, 100% recommended. Carpet came out looking like new!!! Thank you!!!

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is an excellent company to have clean rugs & furniture. From my first contact with John, the owner through our technician Isac, things couldn’t have gone smoother. Isac was so considerate with his communication regarding his timely arrival & explaining the best treatments for our carpet & sectional couch as we have a dog who loves sleeping on the couch…. By the time he was done, our carpet & couch looked new again! We’ll definitely use Voda Cleaning & Restoration again.
