Vogel Floor Covering

This review comes late. Almost 2 years actually, and I am so glad I waited to see the quality of the products I spent thousands of dollars on before making this review. May 2020, the governor declared Florida open for business and my husband and I were ready to redo our floors. I chose to go with a smaller local business because I knew how hard so many businesses were hit due to the lock down. Before I go further let me assure anyone reading this review that I was very upfront and honest about what I wanted. Gary was the salesman I dealt with, very nice no initial problems. When I discussed carpet with him I made it clear I wanted one that would hold up to high traffic. I have a small home about 1400 Sq ft and at the time all 3 kids living here. We just had our floors done by Vogel (February 2024) and are very happy with the experience and results. We replaced carpet in two bedrooms and laminate flooring in the Living Room, Dining Room and a third bedroom. Keith in the Showroom and Issac and David on the Installation were all great to work with and did an excellent job on our LVP replacement. We are happy with both the product and the experience. Also, it went very fast. From our first visit to the Showroom to the completion of the job was barely two and a half weeks. Highly recommended.

WOW. Needed 1 bedroom done in a hurry. Made a call for an estimate and had someone out the next day with a quote. The carpet was installed the next week after being ordered. Communication was on point. Updates through calls and emails kept me well informed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great service and product. They replaced my carpet and cleaned up afterwards. Carlos is an excellent carpet installer and a very pleasant employee. I will call them again first if I need additional flooring service.
