We had our AC and airhandler replaced by Volcano and we couldn't be happier. Onier was very easy to work with and made it clear through his communication that customer service is job 1. He is easy to get a hold of and very responsive. The new unit looks and works great and he beat another bid I received by approx $1,000! Thanks guys!!

When my a/c system crashed in May of 2025, I contacted Onier at Volcano Air. He offered a Rheem system at a good price and installed it the next day. All was well until the January 2026 cold snap. I set the system to "Heat" but my house was getting colder and colder. I emailed Onier on Sunday afternoon asking him to come out on Monday. He was on my doorstep at 10:am and quickly assessed the problem. It was a case of operator error. My mistake. He reset the system and two hours later the temperature was back to my normal. Thank you Onier!

My heat went out a few weeks ago on one of the coldest days. I called and they had a guy out that afternoon. This company is prompt, professional and very reasonably priced! I appreciate the good customer service!
