Volunteer Floor Covering

We are beyond happy with the product and service from Volunteer!! Wonderful small business with a great selection of flooring. They helped us match our existing hardwoods nearly to perfection. Communications were great. Owner Rob even called us a week before installation to let us know they were running a little behind and scheduled us for a day later. The installation team were clean, timely and efficient. We highly recommend Volunteer Flooring. We will definitely use them again when we need new flooring or carpet. We are in Sugar Mountain, NC, which is just a quick 25 minutes from their location. Best price and service around. Our next door neighbors chose them as well!

We come from W. NC to shop here bc the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable & they carry so many options I believe it's a waste of time shopping elsewhere. Longtime family business, expert staff can explain the products & discuss your job. We haven't used install services but they do this too.
